Key Working and Relationship-Based Practice

Every child is supported by a key adult who builds a relationship over time, offering space for reflection, encouragement, and progress at the child’s own pace

Leisure and Community Activities

Children are offered access to leisure activities, hobbies, and off-site trips suited to their interests and comfort levels. Participation is guided by readiness, not pressure.

Health, Education & Appointments

We help children attend school, health appointments, and professional meetings, ensuring their voices are heard and their individual rights and care plans are respected.

Healthy Routines and Life Skills

Children are gently supported with morning routines, mealtimes, personal care, and settling for the night — with the aim of building confidence and independence where possible.
