Farooq Busari
Director & Responsible Individual
Farooq brings over 10 years of experience mentoring and working with youth & young adults. He oversees the home’s compliance, governance, and care quality, ensuring that every child’s rights and needs remain central to our work.
Onome Oyibode
Interim Registered Manager
Experienced Deputy Manager within children’s residential care, currently working toward a Level 5 Diploma in Children’s Residential Practice. With over three years of direct experience supporting children and young people, Onome haas contributed to building safe and nurturing environments through effective leadership. My work includes supporting staff development, maintaining high standards of practice, and ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to promote positive outcomes for every young person.
