Farooq Busari
Director & Responsible Individual
Farooq brings over 10 years of experience mentoring and working with youth & young adults. He oversees the home’s compliance, governance, and care quality, ensuring that every child’s rights and needs remain central to our work.

Niota Cover
Registered Manager
Niota Cover is the Registered Manager of Panacea Children’s Home. She brings over 20 years of extensive experience across children’s social care, family services, and education. Niota is a qualified therapeutic practitioner and senior leader with a strong background in trauma-informed practice, safeguarding, and multi-agency working. She has successfully led complex services and is passionate about creating safe, nurturing environments where children and young people can heal, grow, and thrive. Niota ensures that the highest standards of safeguarding practice are embedded across the home, supported by clear policies, robust procedures, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Onome Oyibode
Deputy Manager
Onome maintains the routines, guides staff, and ensures each child’s care plan is delivered with consistency and compassion. She holds a level 3 diploma in residential childcare, serves as our Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leave, and is currently pursing her level 5 diploma in leadership and management for residential childcare
