Director & Responsible Individual
Farooq brings over 10 years of experience mentoring and working with youth & young adults. He oversees the home’s compliance, governance, and care quality, ensuring that every child’s rights and needs remain central to our work.
Onome Oyibode
Proposed Registered Manager
Onome is the Registered Manager at Panacea Children’s Home, having worked her way up through frontline roles from support worker, to senior support worker, Deputy Manager and now registered manager. She has hands-on experience supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs and now leads the team day-to-day to ensure consistent, safe and nurturing care.
